About the Role
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will be fully embedded within one of Plaid's Engineering teams, contributing from day one. You will take ownership of a starter project and a larger capstone project that will ship to production by the end of your internship. The role involves collaborating closely with engineers and cross-functional teammates to build impactful products and participating in intern-specific onboarding and programming.
About You
Required:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Physics, Math, Statistics, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Demonstrated experience building interesting and impactful projects through internships, coursework, or independently.
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Product-oriented mindset with excitement to build tools and systems that solve real problems.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working across the full stack.
