As a Plaintiff Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for drafting and responding to discovery requests, making regular court appearances for hearings and trials, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with the legal team to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plaintiff litigation attorney.
- Proven experience in drafting and responding to discovery.
- Extensive experience in making court appearances.
- Excellent litigation skills with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
