About the Role
As the Plan Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee all finance-related activities for the business unit, including developing and monitoring the Annual Operating Plan, conducting financial analysis, identifying medical cost trends, and leading medical cost improvement initiatives. You will also perform financial impact analysis for new contracts, review monthly performance, and act as the chief liaison between Corporate Finance and the Business Unit.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 10+ years in a high-level finance role in the healthcare or insurance industry.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree.
- CPA certification.
