About the Role
As a Planned Works Surveyor, you will be at the heart of Brunelcare's 5-year asset strategy, ensuring the delivery of quality products for residents. Your responsibilities will include monitoring contractors, updating systems to reflect completed works, and conducting stock condition inspections to identify necessary repairs and improvements. You will also ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidance in building work delivery.
About You
Required:
- Surveying qualification at HNC/NVQ L4 or degree level.
- Significant property inspection experience.
- Technical knowledge of building construction and maintenance.
- Proven industry experience in delivering capital investment programmes.
- Strong project management skills.
- Driving license and access to a vehicle.
