About the Role
As a Planning & Development Project Manager, you will oversee complex public/educational or commercial projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects concurrently, preparing reports for upper management, coordinating with public agencies, monitoring project budgets, resolving project-related issues, and assisting with contracts and planning.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 10 years full time paid professional experience managing public/educational or commercial projects.
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing various educational modernization projects.
- Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential.
