About the Role
As a Planning SME, you will be responsible for plant-level support for planning system tools, identifying system enhancement opportunities, delivering training, documenting business processes, maintaining data integrity, creating reports, tracking planning metrics, and managing help desk tickets. You will collaborate across multiple functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience and/or training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI, and reporting tools.
Preferred:
- Professional certifications such as APICS or NAPM.
- SAP experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to create and deliver effective training programs.
