Summary

About the Role
As a Plans and Resource Manager, you will be responsible for developing budgetary plans that align with organizational strategies, supporting the development of strategic plans, coordinating with contractors and budget officers, and providing technical editing and writing support. You will also prepare executive-level materials and implement workflows that reflect governance practices.
About You
Required:
- Expert level competence as a financial officer or plans and resources officer with the USG customer.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (BA/BS), master's preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant roles.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with appropriate polygraph.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with managing a portfolio of contract program budgets.
- Experience in combining and dis-aggregating program of record funds.
