As a Plant Administrative Assistant, you will manage the plant manager's schedule, coordinate tours and meetings, maintain administrative calendars, handle confidential information, and support plant communications. Your responsibilities will also include organizing plant events and ensuring efficient office supply management.

About You

Required:

AAS degree in business
>5 years administrative experience with strong computer skills
Strong administrative & organizational skills
Detail oriented with focus on error-free work
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
