Auria is seeking a Plant Controller to join their team at the Old Fort Plant in Old Fort, North Carolina. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls within the manufacturing environment.
About the Role
As a Plant Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safe work practices, preparing financial reports, managing internal controls, supervising payroll, and analyzing financial results. You will also identify cost reduction opportunities, coordinate audits, and communicate financial information effectively across the plant.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in the manufacturing environment (preferably automotive).
Preferred:
- MBA and/or CPA.
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
