About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on cost accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP systems is required.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing effective teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
