About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 3 or more years of accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience required - Oracle JDE preferred.
- CPA preferred.
- Experience in CPG operational accounting strongly preferred.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with operations leadership.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
