About the Role

As a Plant Controller, you will be responsible for managing standard cost accounting practices, leading month-end close procedures, analyzing cost variances, and collaborating with operational teams to align financial strategies with production goals. You will also ensure compliance with financial regulations, develop financial forecasts, monitor performance metrics, and provide leadership to the accounting team.
