- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years progressive experience in accounting or finance in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical abilities with knowledge of standard costing, inventory management, and accounting systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
- CPA or CMA certification.
- Proficiency working with ERP systems (i.e., SAP).
- Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
