As a Plant Engineer, you will manage facility engineering functions, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and oversee technical operations and manufacturing processes. You will develop strategic engineering plans, manage capital projects, and supervise maintenance personnel. The role requires collaboration with various corporate functions to drive process improvements and ensure high-quality product delivery.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a highly technical manufacturing operation.
- Supervisory and leadership experience.
Preferred:
- Understanding of Electrical Process Control Systems.
- Experience with manufacturing improvement methods implementation.
- Experience with SPC and related quality improvement tools.
- Metal can manufacturing experience.
- High-speed manufacturing experience.
- Working knowledge of TPM.
