About You
- 2 years recent experience with steam related equipment and possession of the LA Unlimited Steam License OR the 500 HP LA City Steam License.
- 2 years recent Journeyman level electrical experience AND a passing score on the electrical knowledge and performance skills tests.
- Air-conditioning/refrigeration experience with EPA Rule 608 Universal Certification AND a passing score on the air-conditioning knowledge and performance skills tests.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
- Four (4) years experience in building plant operations and maintenance.
- Three (3) years experience in a hospital setting.
