About the Role
As a Plant HR Manager, you will be responsible for directing all HR activities, supporting management in performance management and employment law, advocating for employee relations, developing HR policies, maintaining HR presence across shifts, analyzing trends, and overseeing recruitment efforts. You will also engage in community activities and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or five to ten years related experience and/or training.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Workday and ADP.
