About the Role
About You
- High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of hands-on experience within a Food Manufacturing or Meat Processing environment.
- Proven track record of at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or leadership role in a 24/7 manufacturing setting.
- Experience in managing large teams and complex production processes.
- Ability to work in varied environments (cold storage/high heat) and respond to emergency situations.
Benefits
- Salary range of $140,000 – $150,000 annually.
