About the Role
As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and running the optimum day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility. Your tasks will include increasing production capacity, minimizing costs, meeting financial objectives, driving continuous improvement projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a safe work environment. You will also oversee department managers and work with company directors on initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
Preferred:
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Ability to analyze data to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
