PASLIN is seeking a Plant Manager for Integration to oversee the build and integration of automated assembly systems and tooling in Shelby Township, MI. This strategic leadership role focuses on driving project success and improving operational excellence.
About the Role
As a Plant Manager for Integration, you will lead the execution of multiple automation projects, manage cross-functional teams, develop integration processes, monitor project milestones, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience managing large-scale automation or manufacturing projects.
- Background in integration of automated assembly systems with specific knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management or related field.
