About the Role

As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for setting goals and guidelines for operations, monitoring processes for continuous improvement, assisting in budget development, acting as a liaison between departments, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also provide yearly salary appraisals and manage profit and loss responsibilities.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
A minimum of 5 years experience managing employees.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Prior powdered metal experience.
Exhibit good people skills and managerial experience.
