About the Role
As a Plant Manager, you will manage daily operations of multiple extrusion lines, optimize technical processes, lead and mentor staff, oversee budget and P&L, ensure safety compliance, and implement continuous improvement methodologies.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years in a manufacturing leadership role, specifically within polymer extrusion.
- Deep understanding of single/twin-screw extruders, downstream equipment, and resin behavior.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Plastics) or a related technical field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical issues.
