About the Role
As a Plant Ops Manager, you will lead a team of 65-85 employees, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and quality. You will manage P&L, budgets, and CAPEX projects while providing hands-on leadership focused on mechanical and electrical systems maintenance. Your role will require direct engagement on the plant floor to troubleshoot issues and streamline processes.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of plant or industrial operations experience, preferably with steel, tubular goods, or related manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical systems knowledge.
- Experience in budgeting, P&L, and CAPEX project management.
- Hands-on leadership style with presence on the floor.
- Commitment to permanent relocation and integrating into the local community.
