About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field from an accredited College or University.
- 7+ years of plant manufacturing or operations experience with a track record of achievement.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in industrial manufacturing.
- Experience with change management of production, technical processes, and systems.
