About the Role
As a Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for observing all company safety rules, maintaining the flow of raw materials and finished products, overseeing maintenance and repairs, leading continuous improvement efforts, and achieving departmental targets. You will also oversee job performance of production and maintenance staff and assist in accident investigations.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma / GED.
- 3-5 years of prior supervisory experience is required.
- Minimum 1-year of experience as a fabricator, including knowledge of welding and cutting techniques.
Preferred:
- Technical school certificate or Associates Degree.
- Labor relations background and leadership experience.
- Good understanding of production maintenance and repair protocols.
