Summary
BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Plasma Center Nurse, RN to join their team in Camp Hill, PA. The role involves supporting plasma center operations and ensuring donor safety and eligibility.
About the Role
As a Plasma Center Nurse, you will determine donor eligibility, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results. You will work under the guidance of the Center Manager and the Center Physician, ensuring compliance with plasma collection regulations and providing support for environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent, including a recognized educational nursing program.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of assignment.
- Current CPR and AED certification.
- Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy.
- Two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
Preferred:
- Experience in plasma collection or a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with FDA training requirements for medical support specialists.
