Key responsibilities include executing user engagement strategies, providing community support, managing content, recruiting new members, organizing events, and leading project management for marketing programs. The role also involves analyzing platform data, conducting reviews, and recommending improvements to enhance user engagement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a business-related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably online products and/or online communities.
- 2-4 years of experience in project management and evaluating marketing and online engagement programs.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics and producing trending reports.
Preferred:
- 2-4 years of experience with vendor coordination.
- Experience with Marketo, Google Analytics, and/or Tableau.
