Your responsibilities will include shaping client experiences, educating them on platform capabilities, leading use-case definitions, and collaborating with various teams to ensure solution success. You will also maintain awareness of industry trends to support enterprise-scale automation initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Deep technical expertise in automation software, platforms, containers, infrastructure, and business automation patterns.
- Ability to travel 3-4 days a week and meet directly with clients.
- Proven leadership guiding diverse technical teams across demand generation, solution design, deployment, and post-sales adoption.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and influence across matrixed organizations.
Preferred:
- Expertise with multiple IBM Automation platforms and products.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture integration.
- Experience working directly with IT clients and progressing opportunities through a sales cycle.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
