About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting, teaching communication, play, daily living, and social skills. You will follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and use evidence-based strategies to support children's learning and growth. Your role will also include tracking progress and celebrating achievements.
About You
Required:

- Desire to grow and learn something new.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and sit on the floor for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs to ensure child safety.
Preferred:
- RBT certification is preferred, but not required. Support will be provided to earn certification.

Elevation Autism Center
We provide ABA therapy for preschool-aged children in Atlanta GA, with a focus on early intervention for children who have recently received an autism diagnosis. Our program is delivered in a fun and engaging environment with an emphasis on group play activities. Each child has a dedicated team who develops their customized learning plan, implements new teaching strategies, and makes adjustments to keep the momentum going. Our team of ABA therapists have experience collaborating with occupational therapists and speech language pathologists to provide coordinated care for a family as they navigate symptoms of autism. We also refer to psychologists for autism testing for children who have been showing signs of autism.
