About the Role
As a PLSS Project Engineer Intern, you will perform project engineering functions supporting the spacesuit Portable Life Support System (PLSS). Your responsibilities will include hardware development, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical failures. You will also develop documentation, design tests, and coordinate test activities with facilities.
About You
Required:
- Currently enrolled at an accredited university.
- Completed at least 45 credit hours.
- Minimum of 2.8 GPA.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in working with engineers in a collaborative environment.
Preferred:
- Requires a HS diploma or its equivalent and enrolled in a related Engineering Degree Program at an accredited College or University.
- Have previous Intern experience at NASA.
