As the Plumbing Fabrication Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of fabrication shop activities, ensuring projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing shop operations, supervising staff, ensuring quality control, monitoring inventory, enforcing safety protocols, and providing hands-on support for various tasks. You will also collaborate with field supervisors and project managers, train apprentices, and maintain documentation of production.
