IntePros is seeking a Project Manager for Power Electronics / Data Center Systems to join their team in Burlington, VT. The role involves managing power-electronics-based projects from order intake through delivery and handoff, ensuring effective execution across various teams.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will own project delivery, defining and controlling project scope, schedule, budget, and risk. You will lead internal project kickoffs, coordinate across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and sales, and act as a technical translator between customers and internal teams. Your responsibilities will also include managing project risks, change control, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Proven project management experience in technically complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects where engineering execution is central to success.
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to discuss and understand inverters, rectifiers, DC-DC converters, and power electronics systems.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting data center infrastructure projects (AI workloads a plus).
- Background in renewable energy or adjacent power systems.
- Exposure to manufacturing environments.
- Mechanical or electrical engineering background.
- Existing industry or customer network that could support future business growth.
