About the Role
As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the DEA National Community Outreach and Prevention Engagement initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include developing community outreach strategies, increasing public-private partnerships, and enhancing community awareness regarding substance misuse. You will work closely with DEA field offices and local stakeholders to foster collaboration and support drug-free community coalitions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing complex training programs.
- 5 years of training development, facilitation, and/or community partnerships and outreach experience.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree.
- Law Enforcement Leadership Experience.
- Suitability for personnel security clearance.
