As a PMO Project Coordinator, you will assist the Director of Program Management and project teams in delivering initiatives aligned with the modernization program. Your responsibilities include tracking project plans, maintaining RAID logs, coordinating communications, and engaging with stakeholders across the firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and has a keen eye for detail.
About You
Required:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in management consulting, project management, business analyst, and/or business administration.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
Preferred:
Active or pursuing Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) or similar.
Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday, etc.
