About the Role
As a PNT Model-Based Systems Engineer, you will design and integrate PNT solutions into platform architectures using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies. Your responsibilities will include managing system requirements, providing expertise in GPS/GNSS and alternative navigation methods, and collaborating with various stakeholders to translate operational needs into executable system architectures.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant systems engineering experience with demonstrated PNT integration exposure.
- Knowledge of existing PNT solutions, GPS/GNSS technologies, and APNT capabilities.
- Proficiency with MBSE tools and methodologies (e.g., Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, SysML, UPDM/UAF).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience integrating PNT technologies across diverse platforms (ground, air, maritime, space, or joint systems).
- Understanding of mission engineering concepts and their application to PNT and multi-domain operations.
- Experience developing PACE plans and resilient architecture strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
