About You
Required:
- Must be a United States citizen or a permanent legal resident with pending citizenship application.
- Possess a valid driver's license with no more than 3 points.
- Must be at least 20 years and 9 months old upon starting the academy.
- High school diploma or GED recognized by the State Board of Education.
- No felony or serious misdemeanor convictions.
Preferred:
- Experience in community service or public safety roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
