- Bachelor's degree in political science, international affairs, public policy, engineering, physical science, or nuclear science.
- At least three years of classification or UCNI policy experience with expertise in relevant regulations.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated record of writing for both technical and non-technical audiences.
