About the Role
As a Political Manager for African American Engagement, you will work closely with the Political Director and Deputy Political Director to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, coordinate events, and support voter contact efforts. Your responsibilities will include tracking engagement, maintaining records, and ensuring continuity in relationships, all while representing the campaign in culturally sensitive spaces.
About You
Required:
Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in campaigns, advance, or event management role.
Strong political judgment and understanding of Georgia's political landscape.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with community leaders and organizations.
Ability to think strategically and translate campaign priorities into outreach plans.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred:
Experience in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to attend events and meetings on evenings and weekends.
