- Terminal degree in a relevant discipline with qualifications for Full Professor rank.
- Record of effective teaching, service, student engagement, and scholarly activity.
- Relevant academic administrative experience.
- Strong commitment to the School and College mission and mentoring.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Commitment to fostering academic excellence.
Preferred:
- At least three years of academic leadership experience at the program level or higher.
- Experience in planning and managing a departmental budget.
