About the Role
As a Polysomnographic Tech II, you will work under the direction of board-certified sleep medicine physicians to diagnose and treat sleep disorders. Your responsibilities include conducting overnight polysomnograms, administering oxygen and CPAP, and recognizing at-risk events to notify physicians. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and work in a state-of-the-art facility that operates seven nights a week.
About You
Required:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist certification (RPSGT) or Registered Sleep Technologist certification (RST) is required.
- Must pass board examination within 3 months of employment.
- Current CPR certification required prior to first day of clinical work.
Preferred:
- Degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience in a sleep disorders center or similar healthcare environment.
