About the Role
As a Polysomnographic Technician, you will be responsible for conducting polysomnograms and MSLTs according to clinical guidelines, maintaining equipment calibration and quality control, organizing patient testing schedules, and assisting with billing documentation. This position requires working nights for 10-12 hours per week under licensed medical direction.
About You
Required:
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
Preferred:
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
- 1 year of Polysomnography experience strongly preferred.
- Graduate of polysomnography course or completion of an approved sleep lab training program.
- Basic EEG course.
- RPSGT, CRT, RRT or LPN certification.
- Sleep study testing experience.
