About You
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Successful completion of an accredited educational program leading to a certificate or associate degree with an emphasis in sleep technology.
- Certification by a nationally recognized certification board (RPSGT, RST, or SDS) or must be obtained within 12 months from date of hire.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- At least one year’s experience working with overnight sleep studies.
- Prior training as a Polysomnography technologist, EEG technologist, or respiratory care practitioner.
- Knowledge of usage of CPAP/BIPAP devices and oxygen administration.
- Member of a professional organization associated with sleep medicine.
