About the Role
As a Polysomnographic Technologist, you will work under the supervision of the medical director to perform sleep studies, calibrate equipment, apply electrodes, monitor patient data, and provide patient education. You will also assist in the operations of the sleep center and act as a trainer for other staff.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Polysomnography Technologist License.
- Registered Sleep Technologist or Registered Polysomnography Technologist Certification.
- BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
Preferred:
- Successful completion of an accredited educational program leading to a certificate or associate degree in sleep technology.
- Experience in sleep medicine.
