About the Role
As a Care Provider, you will assist residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including eating, bathing, dressing, and transferring. You will respond to residents' needs promptly, maintain a safe environment, and encourage teamwork among staff.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong desire to work with the elderly.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
Preferred:
- Experience in caregiving preferred but not necessary; training will be provided.
