About the Role

As a Portfolio Administrator, you will be responsible for researching and remediating reconciliation discrepancies, preparing month-end accounting and performance statements, managing new account onboarding, and overseeing operational activities throughout the account lifecycle. You will work closely with custodial banks and internal teams to ensure accurate records and compliance with client instructions.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree
1+ years of back and middle office financial work experience, preferably within Asset Management.
Technical understanding of investment markets, securities, security data, and investment systems.
Direct experience with a portfolio accounting system, preferably an Advent system.
Excellent overall computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in several software packages.

Preferred:

Familiarity with Bloomberg, Charles River, Advent Portfolio Exchange, and Salesforce.
