About the Role
As a Portfolio Management & Construction Loan Administrator, you will be responsible for performing portfolio management activities, facilitating loan disbursement communications, reviewing draw requests, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also manage relationships with banks, monitor loan budgets, and ensure compliance with SBA policies and procedures.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of related experience in administration, finance, or a similar industry.
- Experience managing multiple tasks while delivering high levels of customer service.
Preferred:
- Detailed understanding of portfolio management & construction loan policies and procedures.
- Banking/Lending industry specific knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills.
