- Three years of experience developing, evaluating, using, and maintaining technical system hardware and software.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or a related field.
- Five years of experience managing a portfolio of IT projects.
- Five years of experience directly supervising staff.
- Three years of budgeting experience.
- Current PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
