About You
- High school degree, GED, or experience working with vulnerable populations.
- At least two years of experience and/or training with individuals with dual diagnoses who display physical and verbal aggression.
- Medication administration training (may be obtained after hire).
- First Aid training and CPR certificate (may be obtained after hire).
- Background study (BGS) clearance.
- Driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Check (MVR).
- Ability to read, write, and use a computer.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehension of current MN statutes 245D and positive behavior supports.
- Mental Health certification or credentialed as a Mental Health Practitioner.
- Knowledge of local community resources.
- Flexibility with adjustments to the schedule and locations.
