About the Role
As a Post Masters Fellow, you will provide direct outpatient services to children and adolescents facing various emotional and behavioral challenges. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, maintaining a diverse caseload, providing evidence-based treatments, collaborating with caregivers, and participating in ongoing training and supervision.
About You
Required:
MSW from a CSWE accredited program or MA from a CACREP accredited program by the end of the academic year.
Experience or familiarity with evidence-based practices such as CBT, MATCH, and TF-CBT.
1-2 years of clinical experience with children.
Preferred:
Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certification, or eligibility to complete CANS training.
Experience educating and coaching caregivers in 1:1 and/or group settings.
