About the Role
As a Hospice Inpatient Unit CNA, you will assist patients with activities of daily living, provide light homemaker help, follow the plan of care, communicate changes in condition, and document care. You will work in a supportive environment with low patient-to-CNA ratios, ensuring high-quality care for patients in hospice.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Graduation from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program.
- Current, unrestricted Nursing Assistant Certification in state of employment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred:
- One-year personal care experience, hospice, or home health.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience using electronic health records; Epic preferred.
