About the Role
As a Postdoctoral Scholar, you will collaborate with Dr. Wei Li on multiple funded projects. Your responsibilities will include designing and analyzing longitudinal studies, conducting Monte Carlo simulations, and managing large datasets. This is a 12-month, time-limited appointment that may be performed in person or remotely.
About You
Required:
- Doctoral degree in quantitative research methods, statistics, or a closely related field by the start date.
Preferred:
- Expertise in design and analysis of longitudinal studies.
- Experience with Monte Carlo simulation and/or statistical software development (e.g., R, Stata).
- Knowledge of multilevel modeling (MLM), difference-in-differences (DID), or comparative interrupted time series (CITS).
- Ability to clean and manage large datasets from administrative data sources or online learning platforms.
- Familiarity with causal machine learning techniques.
- Experience in learning analytics and/or education data mining.
